I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina. I have worked with clients on a wide range of presenting concerns. I specialize in working with individuals presenting with co-occurring disorders and have experience in working with individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, and Substance Use Disorders. I utilize a client centered approach to aid clients in working toward their goals. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other approaches.
