I have been working in the mental health field for about 5 years. I have experience providing behavioral therapy for children with autism and related disorders, I have worked in a crisis center providing short-term residential treatment, and I have experience in an outpatient program providing individual and group therapy. Currently, I mostly work with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety. For the past few years I have been working with individuals with mental health barriers to employment. I utilize a solution-focused approach with my individuals, couples, and families assisting them to identify and utilize their strengths to overcome the struggles they are facing. I am authentic and genuine with the individuals I work with as it important in building and maintaining the therapeutic relationship.
