Hello and welcome, I want to say that it takes courage to seek a therapeutic relationship to help you get closer to wellness. Congrats on your first step to reaching your goals. I became a licensed mental health counselor in 2016 and have worked with individuals who have had a variety of areas for improvement and growth. Including but not limited to depression, anxiety, marital/relationship concerns, parenting problems, low self-esteem, co-dependency and many more. I have an eclectic therapy style where I utilize interventions, techniques, and theory to best suit you in a way that speaks your language. I tend to gravitate towards person-centered and solution focused modalities. I believe in holistic wellness and health and have a warm approach to clients.
