My clinical experience has been largely in rural settings , with a wide variety of issues including major diagnoses such as Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia, and particularly in helping loved ones of individuals suffering from those issues. I also treat a vast number of people with anxiety and past trauma issues, using a variety of cognitive-behavioral and other interventions to help people learn to better manage their own symptoms and to solve their own problems. I’m a firm believer in using daily techniques to improve one’s thinking and overall resilience and peace, and that therapy should be solution-focused and not last forever.
