I am a certified trauma professional and also trained in Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have worked with clients in both inpatient psychiatric settings; as well as outpatient settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including; depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, and trauma. I have worked with clients experiencing acute stress as well as clients with chronic and persistent mental illness. My therapy style is very warm, interactive, and non-judgmental.
