I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Alabama. I have over 14 years of experience working with teens and adults of all ages in individual, couples, group, and family therapy. Among the issues I address in therapy are interpersonal relationships, communication skills, lifestyle changes, dysfunctional thinking, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use issues, social and peer relationships, self-esteem, individual growth, and healthy boundaries.
