Christine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an education and professional background in both body and mind that gives her a unique holistic approach to counseling. Christine currently holds certifications as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist, Assisting Individuals and Groups in Crisis Intervention and RYT 200 Yoga Teacher. Christine received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. Christine specializes in trauma, crisis, substance abuse and women’s issues. Encouraging clients to develop an awareness of the mind-body-spirit connection through guided meditation and relaxation techniques to lead individuals to get in touch with their authentic selves. Christine also utilizes integrative modalities as well as solution focused and cognitive behavioral approaches to empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles and make choices towards a meaningful healthy lifestyle.
