Hi, my name is Cindy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan. I love coming alongside my clients in the face of challenges, helping them to feel less alone, and empowering them to become better versions of themselves. Through therapy, we can work through past traumas, assess patterns of thinking and how they affect emotions, and build relationship skills that strengthen self-confidence. We all have patterns of thinking and behaviors that can hold us back. Therapy is a way to understand and make changes in these thinking patterns and the first step towards a better tomorrow. I work with adults, and seniors with a variety of mental health issues. These include issues with: Anxiety, Coping Skills, Depression, Emotional disturbance, Grief, Obsessive-compulsive (OCD), Relationship issues, Self-esteem, Trauma and PTSD, Women’s issues.
