I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional in Florida with over 5 years of experience working with various populations, including children, teenagers, adults and inmates. I have worked with clients with an array of concerns including depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, self-esteem, anger management, domestic violence and severe mental health disorders. My counseling style is warm, supportive and interactive. I believe and treat everyone with respect regardless of your paths. I also believe that change can occur if one is willing to change. My goal is to assist my clients in identifying their stressors and achieving their goals by using an integrative approach including, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy, client centered therapy, mindfulness therapy, solutions focused therapy and motivational interviewing .
