Hi! I am Claudia Briceno, I have a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University. I focus on effective communication, empathy, rebuilding self-esteem, and setting healthy boundaries. I consider myself a facilitator to connect and learn tools to allow for a successful navigation of the day-to-day challenges. I believe in the importance of transparency and mutual communication.
