However, there will also be times of laughter, experiences of joy, growth, and encouragement. I am a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner in Nebraska with 3 years of professional work experience providing therapeutic services to youth (ages 5 to 18) and caregivers. I graduated with my Masters of Arts Degree in Counseling from Crown College in St. Bonifacius, MN in 2020. My mission is to provide a safe space to allow others to understand, process, and manage their feelings adaptively. My goal is to work in collaboration and partnership with my clients to understand and achieve their goals to the best of our ability. I will maintain a judgement-free space for you, providing encouragement and challenges when needed.
