I have 5+ years experience working with individuals to improve their mental health. Most of my experience has been working with families, individuals, couples and at-risk youth. I have also worked in outpatient therapy for 3+ years. My focus has been on depressive disorders, situational/lifestyle adjustment, trauma, and anxiety. I want to ensure my clients are heard.
