I am a social worker licensed in Illinois with over 30 years of experience in working with culturally diverse men and women to provide bio-psychosocial supportive brief counseling . I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including but not limited to grief and bereavement, domestic violence, health and disability adjustment, relationship issues, and career and workplace challenges, I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My therapy style begins with valuing your story and the power of your words. I am most concerned about your social, psychological and emotional well-being and will focus our time on mutual problem solving to identify opportunities to enhance your coping capacities.
