Hi there! My name is Corinne Stanish and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been in this profession for 18 years. I absolutely love my job! I have been in a community outpatient setting, a partial hospital setting, school- based services setting, and also in a private practice. I have experience with a wide range of issues from depression to grief to anxiety and low self-esteem. I have dealt with individuals struggling with life changes, stress, bipolar disorder, parenting issues and family conflicts as well as ADHD issues and helping others form better organizational skills and routines for themselves. My approach is cognitive behavioral therapy as well as dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused , and client centered therapy. I provide a holistic approach to therapy, believing all aspects of the person work together to form the best self. Each person is unique, and therefore my approach is specific to you and your needs as well. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, to be able to be yourself, to speak freely, and to feel safe, in order to move forward to achieve your goals.
