I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I have a Masters degree in Education in Community and Rehabilitation Counseling from Ohio University. I have 14 years of experience counseling in a variety of settings. I enjoy helping individuals find motivation within themselves to change their lives, situations and/or relationships for the better. I assist individuals to identify the choices they can make in their own lives to reach their goals. I use cognitive-behavior therapy, reality therapy and provide a safe supportive environment where individuals can feel free to express themselves and their needs.
