Thank you for taking time to inquire about therapy services, that will serve to improve your emotional and mental wellbeing. Your interest in therapy shows that your emotional and personal growth is important to you. As your therapist, it is my job to help bring you to a level of awareness so that perceptual changes can be made that can help to decrease your current level of emotional distress. As your therapist, through my experience I will bring the best that I know. I will hold you accountable and call you out when need be. I may seem tough at times, but I want YOU to do the work that needs to be done. I will bring you the highest of my insight, wisdom, and spiritual guidance. I will keep a holistic perspective in our work together because I believe that the Physical, Spiritual, and Soul (mind, will, emotions) all work together to form the healthy person. You can expect truth from me even when you may not want to hear it. I will always have compassion and empathy for you in all that we do. I value you as a person in need of care and I will do my best to honor that. I am an EMDR trained, Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am also a certified Life Coach and an AASECT Certified Sexuality Educator. I completed both my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor’s in Psychology at Nova Southeastern University. I have been providing professional counseling services since 2008. ~Courage doesn’t always roar.
