I am here to help you confront what has not worked in your life in order to collaboratively set and achieve goals for yourself. My areas of expertise include intensive training in DBT as well as years of working with co occurring mental health and substance use disorders. My background is in family systems and I enjoy implementing a strength based approach and consider the entire family system during my work with clients to optimize immediate and long term successes. From working with adolescents to adults, individuals to families, as well as couples counseling- my expertise has given me the opportunity to help you work through your problems in a way that does not allow them to define you.
