As a Licensed Professional Counselor and over 35 years of experience in helping clients, it is a privilege to engage in the change, growth, and resolution process with the people with whom I have worked. Having experienced clients in settings ranging from private practice, to incarceration, to hospitals, to clinics, to churches, it is my belief that the counseling process is not intended for only a certain segment of our society. With a Christian basis for intervention, all clients are seen as valuable gifts to the world and the counseling journey seeks to optimize the functional and healthy expression of you as a gift. Therapeutic approaches include behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, RET, and truth based counseling with an unwavering foundational principle of compassion and the respect of the personal dignity afforded to each client served.
