As a licensed clinical social worker, I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations and various age groups. I have experience working with clients seeking support for managing feelings of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, and also assist in navigating through life transitions and interpersonal relationships. My approach is flexible and integrative, informed by cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and solution focused therapies. I strive in building a therapeutic relationship consisting of compassion, patience, and warmth. Through this therapeutic process, I aim in assisting you in developing a greater sense of self-awareness, acceptance, and confidence, that can empower you to better understand yourself as you work towards desired change and growth. I also work with clients in exploring possible barriers and creating healthy coping skills to assist with managing overwhelming emotions.
