Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 28 years of experience working as therapist, social worker, counselor Public Health Administrator. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, with a special focus on individuals over 55 years of age as well young adults and adolescents. I have helped many young people and elderly who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is compassionate and empathetic. I believe that the relationship between the client and the therapist determines the effectiveness of the therapeutic process. Cognitive behavioral therapy is my preferred treatment modality along with solution focused therapy.
