I have been a licensed marriage family therapist in California for over 27 years. I am what some people would call a “wounded healer”, because I have been sober 35 years. I am also in recovery from co-dependency and love addiction. I believe anyone can change their life for the better, because I have changed mine for the better. I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy to help you to make the changes you want to make in your life.
