I am a licensed clinical social worker in both NYS and in Hawai’i, and have been in practice since 2007. I specialize in Polyvagal (integration of neuroscience and trauma-responsive approaches) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe that good therapy is about empowering you to change how your mind and body experience, interpret, and express the impact of stress, toxic stress, and trauma, on a neuropsychological level.
