I am a licensed clinician in California with over 10 years of professional work experience in the community and non-profit sector with individuals and families. I have worked with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including stress, anxiety and depression. I also have experience in working on relationship issues, family conflicts, self-esteem and work on developing confidence skills to assist with everyday situation and long term and short-term goals. My style of therapy is more cognitive behavior and Solution-Focused which is a brief, goal-oriented, and positive psychology-based approach that helps with change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
