I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and have been licensed in the state of North Carolina for 20 years. I have over 20 years of experience in individual and family therapy working with families, parents, male and female adolescents and women. My focus currently are teens, women struggling with depression and anxiety, family struggles, grief and loss, and experiencing life changes. My counseling approach is unique to each client and treatment plans will be developed based on each client’s specific needs.
