I’m a licensed therapist in the State of Florida and Vermont with 25+ year’s professional experience working with a wide variety of individuals. My expertise lies in resolving the issues surrounding trauma and abuse using rapid resolution techniques such as EMDR and Brainspotting in the context of a warm and compassionate environment. Experience has shown me that many of the emotional and psychological burdens we carry around with us today are a direct link to present, recent, or past trauma and until these experiences are resolved, moving forward in life continues to be a struggle.
