Hi! My name is Daniel, I am licensed in Florida with three years of professional work experience. It takes a lot to get to this point of trying to connect with a therapist; especially if this is your very first time. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. If you connect with these, then I would be honored to partner with you on your journey. Life can be challenging at times, or disappointing, or a whole lot of other complicated things. My hope is that I can help with figuring some of those things out with you and providing some guidance with how to continue with your personal life story beyond this moment you find yourself in. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. That part is really important; feeling safe is the key step to finding the place you want to be for yourself. One of the approaches I take involves getting to know your body’s nervous system and how to help it feel more regulated to help you be where you want to be. Our nervous system plays such an intrinsic role in how we function each and every day. While I cannot guarantee any specific outcome of what may come from your journey with therapy, taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I am would be happy to partner with you to help find some steps to get where you do want to be.
