There is the beautiful “YOU” inside that is deeply aware of what really matters, where you hurt, what nourishes you. Listening to this innermost voice can lead you into new perspectives, new practices, and wholehearted living. I will help you hear this true “YOU,” so that your soul can shine through your strengths, passions, and relationships. My faith-based perspective is very open, embracing spirituality as a loving and life-giving experience.
