My name is Daniela Rendon and I am licensed in California with 6 years of professional work experience. I believe therapy is a collaborative process between the client and myself. I work with my clients to create a safe and non-judgmental space for them to be able to share and process their thoughts and feelings. I use a strength based and person-centered approach however personalize therapy for each client. I use a variety of modalities, such as CBT and DBT to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions or motivation. Seeking support can be difficult.
