I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Washington with over 13 years of counseling experience. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families on a wide range of issues, including stress and anxiety, depression, self-esteem, major life changes and adjustments, grief and loss, guilt and shame, coping with substance abuse, relationship issues, & parenting challenges.
