I am licensed in Wisconsin with over 5 years of experience in the therapy world. Outside of the clinical therapy experience, I have also worked with various populations, including those on the autism spectrum, youth, and those whom have experienced sexual assault and abuse. My specialties involve helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. My approach to therapy is warm and collaborative. I believe in a person-centered approach and treating everyone with respect, kindness and compassion. My first goal in working with clients is to develop a collaborative partnership. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My practice is eclectic and involves CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, and solutions-focused techniques.
