I believe that taking the first step is the hardest. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 of clinical experience working as a therapist and educator. I also have a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy and specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety and family conflict. I primarily use a client centered and Cognitive Behavioral approach, but depending on client needs, I will incorporate attachment, psychodynamic and solution focused interventions.
