I am licensed in Arkansas with 13 years of professional work experience. I work with teens and adults who have had difficult life experiences, trauma, depression, anxiety, in addition to self-esteem, body image, and substance use issues. I primarily utilize skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as EMDR. My counseling education is from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
