Welcome, first off, let me say that I am so glad that you are here and I am really looking forward to working with you. I have been working in Wisconsin as a licensed professional counselor for over 10 years. I have a lot of experience helping clients learn to manage anxiety, depression, big life transitions, trauma, relationship problems, divorce, anger management, ADHD, ASD, PTSD, self-harm, and more. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults. My style of therapy is eclectic as I like to create a treatment plan that is unique to each person that I work with. I strive to create a warm and inviting environment that will allow you to feel safe and to grow. I believe in treating everyone with kindness, empathy, respect, and honesty. Some therapeutic approaches that I utilize are person centered, CBT, DBT, and Gestalt therapy. I understand that it takes a lot of courage to come to therapy and that it can be a bit scary at first. I will do everything that I can to make this a positive experience for you and help you take those first steps towards change.
