My name is Daphne Elliott, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in several states with over 4 years of experience working as a therapist. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout and life transitions. My dedication to the mental health field stems from my personal experiences, and seeing family and friends struggle with mental health and lifes challenges. The one thing I learned is that we ARE NOT our struggles, we ARE NOT out diagnosis and we ARE NOT our thoughts. My style of therapy is welcoming, warm and supportive. I firmly believe in respecting where everyone is in life and treating everyone with respect, compassion and non-judgment. A safe space is what I want to cultivate for all clients. I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral and Emotional Freedom Technique but am not limited to these approaches. It takes courage and resiliency to make shifts your life. I am proud of you.
