Nothing Worth Having Is Easily Gotten whether it be going back to school, changing careers, saving a marriage, working through past trauma or beating the odds. I believe Confidence is the key to living your best life. Without Confidence, we limit ourselves and when we limit ourselves, we tend to settle. I don’t believe in settling and I don’t believe YOU should settle either. I believe that everyone deserves a chance at a better much happier life, and I believe you can conquer any obstacle, and reach any goal if you just take a leap of faith, work hard and believe in yourself. My specialty is assisting Clients in navigating through life as a “Life Coach” including Career Planning, Education, Relationship Issues; however, I also have extensive experience working with clients who have been diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, Autism, ADHD, Personality Disorders, Substance Abuse and PTSD. I know how it feels to need to talk to someone who genuinely cares, who shows compassion and empathy and who will actually listen instead of always watching the clock. I take pride in providing a non-judgmental non-threatening environment where my Clients can feel safe and confident their voices are heard and supported.
