I am a licensed mental health therapist in New York with 33 years of professional work experience in a variety of settings. I have a special interest in working with college students/young adults and experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
