I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, adults and families. I have served as a clinician in both in-patient and outpatient settings. I have a passion to work with underserved and “at-risk” populations. I encompass the client-centered approach in all her levels of therapeutic intervention. I use Cognitive restructuring, behavioral modifications, and psycho-educational theories as it pertains to a multitude of mental health needs. I am able to support clients through a broad range of situations and challenges that can impact day-to-day life. She works with DD/ADHD, Mood disorders, Anxiety, Sexual Identity, Trauma, and LGBTQ concerns/struggles. She is interested in working with individuals with both brief strategic approaches and more long-term therapy for more complex or multi-layered needs. I enjoy ballroom dancing, cooking, and listening to jazz music. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
