Hi! I’m David I’m glad you’re here. This could’ve been a real difficult thing to do, and I don’t take that lightly. I bring to the table over 15 years of Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling. I’m trained as a holistic professional- to look at the entire person, not just the specific issue or situation. I’ve studied a variety of different approaches, with motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy as my main techniques. I’m a down to earth, logical and pragmatic professional here to help you. I’ve worked with the whole spectrum from the most vulnerable to those who just have a point in time challenge that they need support with.
