I am licensed in Hawaii, Oregon, Oklahoma and Alabama with 5+ years of professional licensed counseling-specific work experience in addition to 20+ years of healthcare experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse, ADHD, career stressors, medical stressors and many more. I have several years of experiencve working with addictions, including previously directing a Medication Assisted Treatment center of over 500 clients, including methadone, suboxone and more. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
