I am a psychologist that has focused much of my career on work in organizational settings. I believe we cannot separate our work lives from our personal lives. They naturally intersect. My work is focused on individuals who need help realizing their potential. Whether requiring support, increased self awareness or a reframed perspective, together we find insights that increase you improving your self. My Doctoral training was grounded in psychodynamic theory (seeking to understand what makes us tick, the past as it influences our behaviors today). I am a long time practitioner of human centered (humanistic) psychology (focusing on the whole person) and practice with techniques from cognitive behavioral psychology or CBT (brief, solution focused applications/treatment).
