I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota with more than 20 years of experience working in adult and children’s mental health care. I am a full-time school social worker who is passionate about treating and advocating for mental health care. My experiences include treatment for anxiety and depression, living with and thriving with ADHD, immigration and migration trauma, adjusting to hearing loss, self esteem and motivation. I practice and incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion in all that I do. My approach with my clients is to honor where you have been, understand where you are and foster well-being. I have a passion for experiencing and learning about culture, languages (ASL, Spanish and more) and travel.
