I am a Licensed Mental Health in the State of Florida. I have been working as a counselor since 1994. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings and have helped my clients navigate the “rough waters” that they must travel through. I have worked with trauma, anxiety, depression, adolescent issues, and complex mental health issues. Growing up in a military family, I also have a fondness and appreciation for our military families and the unique challenges they face. I recognize that each client has unique strengths and we will utilize these strengths to build a “boat” that can withstand those “rough waters” of life. I can bring my 20 years of experience as a counselor and as a team, we can take the skills we both have to make meaningful and lasting change. I believe in finding the right skill for each person. Each individual is unique and I believe that by working together, we can develop a plan and implement that plan to find a place of peace. By working together, we can find the best tools to strengthen your “boat” and get through these “rough waters” of life.
