I am a Liscensced Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 year experience working with individuals of various backgrounds struggling with life changes and seeking significant change. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, life changes, grief and loss, trauma, or simply with individuals seeking a deeper personal understanding. I am most comfortable using a combination of therapeutic techniques to create a casual, collaborative and interactive exchange. I find that a person-centered, strengths-focused approach is a good foundation in which other techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness can be incorporated to best match your personality and situation. I understand that it can be difficult to take the first steps toward seeking help.
