I am licensed in Illinois with 20 years of professional work experience. I have worked with adolescents, adults of all ages and families. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & mood disorders. I believe that the therapy process should be client guided while the therapist assists with the client’s own ability to make desired changes in their lives.
