Having worked primarily in the fields of aging and hospice, I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, depression, & coping with life changes. However, these are not issues exclusive to those fields. Stress and anxiety are rampant in our uncertain world. Coping with them take skills that you can learn. Or, build on skills you already have. Loss of a job, a relationship, or independence due to illness or injury are among the many reasons people grieve. Learning to move through that grief takes a tremendous amount of emotional energy.
