I offer behavioral health and life coach services specializing in youth, adults, families/couples, and older adults. I assess each client and together you and I create your personalized person-centered plan. I utilize the following modalities interventions/techniques during theraputic sessions: Motivational interviewing , mindfulness, parenting skills & cognitive behavioral therapy. Together you and I walk through the systems theory, review risk factors for psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual decline that might require interventions to improve and/or stabilize personal or interpersonal relationships.
