It is wonderful that mental health struggles are becoming less stigmatized, and people feel more comfortable being vulnerable. I am here for you if you want to open up. For 9 years I have worked with kids, teens, and adults both inpatient and outpatient. Issues such as: life management skills, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-confidence are a few of the areas I have helped people improve. From me you will receive an open mind without judgment.
