I will never tell you what to do. I will ask you, “Where do you want to be?” I am licensed in Connecticut with 32 years of professional work experience. My primary focus is though an existential lens. Figuring out what it is that we see as our purpose, and whether or not what we are doing lines up with that, is a huge step in understanding the possible dissonance we are experiencing. Pair this understanding with the tools we need to navigate, informed by Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I am hopeful that together, we will be able to make change. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, lgbtq+ related issues, & trauma and abuse.
