I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I love helping individuals find their “best selves.” I am certified in Maternal Mental Health and support mothers and fathers experiencing Post Partum Depression. I use various therapies, finding which one works best for my client. I have experience working with adolescents of all ages.
