Hello: I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I am also licensed in New Hampshire. I have over 20 years of experience working with people who want to make positive changes in their lives. I consider myself eclectic using all the tools in my tool bag to help my clients with issues they may be experiencing. I have worked with clients dealing with various life challenges such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues. Besides having been a LMHC for over twenty years I am also certified as a creativity coach and Spiritual Director. As a Spiritual Director we talk about your faith and how it is guiding you in your life. I am warm and caring. I I am non-judgmental and help to put you at ease. I know it can be difficult at times to reach out for help and to share your life situations with a stranger. I would be happy to journey with you on this new stage of discovery and self-growth.
